The staff was helpful and thoughtful, offered to visit some NICE places. We got a decent size king room in the garden in huts as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast had a huge variety of nice food and drinks.
The bathroom was a little tired.

had a lovely stay at a cozy inn in guildford. the staff made us feel right at home, and the room was spacious and comfy. felt like a local pub vibe, with apologetic staff handling inappropriate comments. ideal location near the dog show.
